# About Private SuperIntelligence

Private SuperIntelligence is an AI concierge for enterprises, family offices and private clients, held to the privacy and service standards those clients expect from a private bank. [Mitosis Labs](https://mitosislabs.ai/), an AI company in San Francisco, built it and runs it.

## What the service does

A Private SuperIntelligence client gets an AI that works across their own email, documents and data, answers with citations and acts on their behalf within permissions they set. The service runs on Mitosis, the knowledge graph Mitosis Labs builds for AI agents. Mitosis Labs [publishes its benchmark results](https://mitosislabs.ai/research): a 96.1% reduction in hallucinations, up to 90% lower inference cost, citations on every answer and responses in as little as 0.4 seconds.

Privacy runs through six layers of the stack: retention and deletion, communication, access and actions, model inference, data storage and deployment. [What is private superintelligence?](/what-is-private-superintelligence/) explains each one.

## Who runs it

Alex Morris, CEO and co-founder of Mitosis Labs, leads every client conversation. Before Mitosis Labs he spent five years running a think tank with one of the co-founders of Ethereum, where he first worked on privacy technology, and he has built an Android operating system. ## How to join

Mitosis Labs limits each intake so every client gets the same standard of service. The current intake is fully subscribed. [Register your interest](/#waitlist) with your email, job title and approximate annual revenue, and Mitosis Labs will contact you when a place opens. If your organization has annual revenue of $10 million or more, you can book a conversation with Alex as soon as you register.
