# Privacy notice

Last updated 6 October 2026.

This notice covers the website privatesuperintelligence.si. Mitosis Labs, San Francisco, California, operates the site and decides how the information below is used. The client service has its own terms, which Mitosis Labs agrees with each client.

## What you give us

When you register interest, through either form on the homepage or through an AI agent acting for you, Mitosis Labs receives:

- your email address
- your job title
- the approximate annual revenue band of your organization, in US dollars

Mitosis Labs stores these details on its own servers at mitosislabs.ai. The site does not ask for your name, phone number or any payment details.

## How we use it

Mitosis Labs uses your details to contact you about Private SuperIntelligence and to decide whether to offer you a conversation with Alex Morris. If you book that conversation, your details are added to the calendar invitation so Alex can prepare. Mitosis Labs does not sell your details or use them to train AI models.

## Booking

Qualified registrations can book through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When you book, Google processes the details you enter under [Google's privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

## Analytics

The homepage sends three events to PostHog: a page view, a confirmed registration and a click on the booking link. Each event carries the site name, the page path and whether it came from the top or bottom form. The events never include your email, job title, revenue band, IP address, location, referrer or anything you type. The site sets no cookies, writes nothing to browser storage and cannot recognise you on a later visit. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the site sends no events at all. Other pages on the site send no analytics.

## Hosting and video

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the network information every website receives, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and block abuse. The video of Alex Morris, its poster image and the fonts are served from this site, so watching the video sends nothing to X or any other company. Links to X, Wikimedia Commons and mitosislabs.ai take you to those sites, and their policies apply there.

## Agents

AI agents can register interest for you through the site's MCP server, REST API or in-page tools. They send the same three details, and the site requires the agent to confirm that you approved them first.

## Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details you registered, email [hello@mitosislabs.ai](mailto:hello@mitosislabs.ai) from the address you registered with. The [Mitosis Labs privacy policy](https://mitosislabs.ai/privacy) covers the rest of Mitosis Labs' services.
